Aditya Chandra to step down as R R Financial Consultants director in 2026

R R Financial Consultants Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that Aditya Chandra will cease to hold office as a Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from September 19, 2026, upon completion of his second term, as per the Companies Act, 2013.
