Easun Capital Markets will halt trading for insiders following regulatory guidelines

Easun Capital Markets Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
