Kavveri Defence will halt trading following quarterly results declaration in late September 2026

Kavveri Defence & Wireless Technologies Limited, formerly Kavveri Telecom Products Limited, will close its trading window from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
