Hilltone Software shareholders approved updated Articles of Association at Monday's AGM

Hilltone Software and Gases Limited announced that its shareholders approved the adoption of a new set of Articles of Association (“AOA”) at the company’s 33rd Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2026. The changes to the AOA include the addition of clauses pertaining to the number of Managing Directors, division of management powers, exercise of authority, and vacation of office.
