Transport Corporation of India Limited allotted shares under its ESOP plan, boosting equity capital

Transport Corporation of India Limited announced on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, that its Share Transfer Committee has allotted 12,055 equity shares under ESOP Plan - 2017 - 6th, 7th and 8th Tranche to eligible employees, increasing the company’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 15,05,37,284 to Rs 15,05,61,394 and the total number of paid-up equity shares from 7,52,68,642 to 7,52,80,697.
