Janati Bio Power extended a pledge over Orient Green Power shares to secure debt for SVL Limited

Janati Bio Power Private Limited disclosed to the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it extended an existing pledge over 28,59,52,084 shares, representing 24.38% of the total share capital of Orient Green Power Company Limited, on September 22, 2026, to secure additional debt for SVL Limited, a promoter company, through Catalyst Trusteeship Limited acting as a debenture trustee. The pledge, initially created on September 30, 2025, and disclosed on October 3, 2025, remains unchanged at 26,59,52,084 shares.
