Ranjit Securities Limited members approved auditor appointment and director reappointment

Ranjit Securities Limited informed the BSE that its members approved the appointment of M/s. B. Bansal & Company as statutory auditors for a casual vacancy and for the period of FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, the reappointment of Mrs. Ranjeet Kaur Hora as director, and a special resolution to change the company’s name from “Ranjit Securities Limited” to “Ranjit Finance Limited,” effective immediately and in line with its business activities.
