Jet Freight Logistics raises Rs 610 million via warrant conversion to promoter and non-promoter entities

Jet Freight Logistics Limited announced the allotment of 45,19,663 equity shares on the conversion of an equal number of equity warrants, according to a regulatory filing on September 25, 2026. The shares were issued at a price of Rs 18 each, including a premium of Rs 13, to a mix of promoter group entities including Tyra Richard Theknath, Tyrus Richard Theknath, and Thea Richard Theknath, and non-promoter groups such as Aqsa Rais and Shrawan Kumar Babulal Jajodia, raising Rs 6,10,15,450.50 in total, increasing the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 23,20,18,920 to Rs 25,46,17,235.
