Polyspin Exports Limited, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, has received a certificate from Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, its Registrar & Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the dematerialisation of securities and their subsequent listing on stock exchanges.
