Samrat Forgings halts trading for insiders pending financial results declaration in late 2026

Samrat Forgings Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, as per Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations.
