Sky Industries closes securities trading window ahead of September 2026 results

Sky Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from Thursday, October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
