Byke Hospitality confirms full utilization of Rs 54.95 crore proceeds via equity warrants

The Byke Hospitality Limited stated that there was no deviation or variation in the use of Rs 54.95 crore proceeds raised through a preferential issue of equity warrants from the objects stated in the explanatory statement, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited, and the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited on August 10, 2026. The company received the funds in three tranches: Rs 13.84 crore on January 4, 2024; Rs 22.95 crore on March 1, 2024; and Rs 18.16 crore on July 11, 2024, with no balance remaining unutilized as of June 30, 2026.
