Shipwaves Online Limited will close its trading window for securities dealings from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of its financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the date of the board meeting to consider and approve the results will be announced later.
