Vindhya Telelinks confirms dematerialization certificates were cancelled and records updated

Vindhya Telelinks Limited, in a filing with the BSE Ltd. and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. on October 6, 2026, confirmed that security certificates received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been mutilated and cancelled after verification, with the name of the depository substituted in the records, as certified by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
