ESDS Software receives extension from Registrar of Companies to hold its AGM

ESDS Software Solution Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai -II, has approved an extension of time for the company to hold its Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, allowing the meeting to be held on or before November 30, 2026, instead of September 30, 2026.
