Prakash Steelage closes trading window for directors, employees ahead of financial results

Prakash Steelage Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all directors and employees, including their immediate relatives, from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
