Lenskart increases stake in French eyewear brand Le Petit Lunetier Paris SAS to 34.34%

Lenskart Solutions Limited, through its wholly-owned subsidiary NESO Brands Pte. Ltd., made a further investment of EUR 0.248 million, equivalent to approximately Rs 2.71 crore, to acquire an additional 2.52% stake in Le Petit Lunetier Paris SAS, a French eyewear brand, increasing NESO’s total stake to 34.34% from 29.05%. The acquisition, completed on September 23, 2026, is part of Lenskart’s brand portfolio strategy and will facilitate distribution of the eyewear brand through Lenskart’s retail network, while LPL will continue to operate its existing European business independently.
