Torrent Pharmaceuticals closes trading window for insiders ahead of quarterly results

Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities by designated persons will be closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the submission of financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, to the stock exchanges.
