Qualitek Labs committee substitutes shareholder for preferential issue of 16,000 equity shares

Qualitek Labs Limited announced that its Preferential Issue Committee approved the substitution of Vibha Singhi, who was to receive 16,000 equity shares, with Jagattaraini Tieup Private Limited, which will now receive 16,000 equity shares, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
