Welspun Corp Limited announced that the acquisition of approximately 2.57% equity stake in Welspun Mauritius Holdings Limited from Welspun Pipes Inc., USA, a wholly-owned subsidiary, is now expected to be completed on or before March 31, 2027, due to pending procedural and transactional formalities, according to a regulatory filing on September 30, 2026.
