Bharat Global Developers halts trading for insiders pending financial results release

Bharat Global Developers Limited, formerly known as Kkrrafton Developers Ltd, will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
