Atishay Limited closes securities trading window for designated persons starting October 1, 2026

Atishay Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all designated persons, including their immediate relatives, connected persons, fiduciaries and intermediaries, from October 01, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
