Vibhor Steel Tubes closes securities trading window ahead of financial results release

Vibhor Steel Tubes Limited informed the Department of Corporate Affairs, BSE Limited, and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, by the company's board of directors.
