KMC Speciality Hospitals restricts trading for insiders ahead of September 2026 results

KMC Speciality Hospitals (India) Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, including immediate relatives and connected persons, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
