Kalyani Cast-Tech Limited secures Rs 18.81 crore via convertible warrant allotment to seven investors

Kalyani Cast-Tech Limited, formerly Kalyani Cast Tech Private Limited, announced the allotment of 323,123 convertible warrants on a preferential basis to seven investors, including Ms. Jayashree Kumar, Mr. Pradyut Kumar, Mr. Akshit Kumar, Mr. Devender Kumar, Mr. Sanskar Bangani, Ms. Sumbul Khan, and Ms. Gayatri, for a total consideration of Rs 18,80,57,586. The company received an upfront subscription amount of Rs 4,70,14,397, representing 25% of the issue price of Rs 582 per warrant, which are convertible into one equity share each with a face value of Rs 10.
