SBEC Systems closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results announcement

SBEC Systems (India) Limited informed the BSE Ltd that the trading window for its securities will be closed for designated persons, including directors, promoters, and insiders, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to be announced later.
