ICICI Bank to review financial results at a board meeting on October 17, 2026

ICICI Bank Limited will hold a board meeting on Saturday, October 17, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and six months ending September 30, 2026, the bank said in a filing. The trading window for the bank's securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, to October 19, 2026, inclusive, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
