Carysils Limited appoints Prayasvin B. Patel as Independent Director for five years

CARYSIL LIMITED announced the appointment of Mr. Prayasvin B. Patel (DIN: 00037394) as an Additional Director designated as an Independent Director, effective September 22, 2026, subject to member approval. The appointment, for a term of five years until September 21, 2031, was approved by the company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee and follows SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Mr. Patel, who has extensive experience in the engineering and manufacturing sector, most recently served as Chairman & Managing Director of Elecon Engineering Company Limited.
