RDB Rasayans closes securities trading window for insiders ahead of quarterly results

RDB Rasayans Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
