GACM Technologies to approve preferential share allotment for WEXL EDU stake acquisition

GACM Technologies Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, September 24, 2026, to consider and approve a revised list of proposed allottees and the number of Equity Shares to be allotted on a preferential issue basis for the acquisition of a stake in WEXL EDU Limited, subject to applicable statutory and regulatory approvals, and to approve a Corrigendum to the Notice of its 31st Annual General Meeting.
