Alfa Transformers Limited will close its trading window for insiders and designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the company’s board approves and files its unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
