Star Cement shareholders re-appointed key executives for three years, effective April 2027

Star Cement Ltd. announced that shareholders at the company’s 25th Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Prem Kumar Bhajanka, Mr. Sajjan Bhajanka, and Mr. Sanjay Agarwal as Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Chairman & Managing Director, and Managing Director, respectively, for a further period of three years effective April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2030, and the re-appointment of Mr. Pankaj Kejriwal as Executive Director for the same period.
