Oracle Financial Services Software denies link to parent company's debt, shares no new information

Oracle Financial Services Software Limited clarified to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Ltd. on September 21, 2026, that it is a separate entity from its parent company, Oracle, and has no knowledge of developments regarding Oracle’s data centre, in response to a news item on www.moneycontrol.com concerning Oracle’s Rs 18 billion data centre debt. The company also stated it cannot comment on share price movements and has no material price-sensitive information to disclose beyond what has already been disseminated, and that there are no regulatory or legal proceedings related to the company.
