GMR Power & Urban Infra Limited reported no deviation or variation in the utilisation of Rs 1200 crore raised through a preferential issue as of June 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. The company has received Rs 900 crore of the total issue size, including upfront consideration on warrants, with the remaining Rs 300 crore expected to be received as warrants are converted to equity shares over the next 18 months.
