Clean Max Enviro Energy sells shares in three subsidiaries for Rs 26,000 per entity

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited announced the appointment of Vipin Balan as Head - Projects, effective September 21, 2026. The company also approved the sale of 2,600 shares each of its wholly owned subsidiaries, Clean Max Kyuu Private Limited to Strata Geosystems (India) Private Limited, Clean Max Roku Private Limited to Goodluck India Limited, and Clean Max Ilgohp Private Limited to Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Limited, for a consideration of Rs 26,000 per subsidiary.
