Pajson Agro India Limited informed the BSE Limited that its members approved the re-appointment of M/s S.S. Kothari Mehta & Co. LLP as Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, effective from the conclusion of the August 17, 2026, annual general meeting up to the conclusion of the 10th AGM.
