Punjab National Bank appoints Divesh Sehara as director, effective September 2026

Punjab National Bank announced the nomination of Shri Divesh Sehara as a director on its board under Section 9(3)(b) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970, effective September 10, 2026, replacing Shri D. Anandan, in accordance with a notification from the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, eF.No. 6/ 2(ii)/2022-BO.I.
