Emerald Leisures promoter Nikhil Mehta pledged shares as security for a debt instrument

Nikhil Vinod Mehta, a promoter of Emerald Leisures Limited, has pledged 38,30,290 equity shares, representing 25.50% of the company's total share capital, as security for a debt instrument. Mehta's total shareholding in Emerald Leisures Limited is 46,74,510 equity shares, which amounts to 31.12% of the total share capital. The pledge was created on September 1, 2026, in favor of Beacon Trusteeship Limited (Debenture Trustee) and Lighthouse Canton Alternatives Asset Manager private limited (Lender) against the allotment of non-convertible debentures.
