Capital Infra Trust shareholders overwhelmingly approved resolutions related to borrowing and unit issuance

Capital Infra Trust's postal ballot results, conducted on September 10, 2026, revealed unanimous approval for Resolutions 2 and 4, and overwhelming support for Resolutions 1 and 3. Resolution 1, concerning sponsor/sponsor group voting, saw no votes cast. Resolution 2, authorizing borrowing and creating charges, achieved 100% approval from all categories of shareholders. Resolution 3, regarding fund raising, garnered 98.42% approval, while Resolution 4, approving preferential unit issuance, secured 99.9992% approval. The scrutineer, Makarand M.
