KIMS to manage Sarvottam Health Care's hospital in Andhra Pradesh for 10 years

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (KIMS) has entered into an Operations and Management Agreement with Sarvottam Health Care Private Limited, based in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, for an initial term of 5 years with a further extension of 5 years, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange on September 10, 2026. Under the agreement, KIMS will manage and operate Sarvottam Health Care Private Limited, which runs Trust Multi Speciality Hospital with a current installed capacity of 183 beds, and will receive a revenue fee of 9% of the hospital’s net revenue.
