Cube Highways Trust, a real estate investment trust specializing in infrastructure assets, has received the highest credit rating of "AAA" from both Crisil and ICRA for its various debt instruments, including bank loans and non-convertible debentures. While the ratings indicate very strong creditworthiness, both agencies emphasized that these are opinions and not investment recommendations, subject to change based on new information. Cube Highways Trust is required to promptly inform the agencies of any defaults, repayment delays, or significant developments impacting its ability to service debt, including exceeding borrowing limits. ICRA’s report also references a recent SEBI circular encouraging issuers to utilize bank verification services to ensure timely payments to investors. One tranche of non-convertible debentures (INE0NR607082) remains “yet to be placed.”
