AQYLON NEXUS LIMITED, formerly Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited, announced significant leadership changes following a Board meeting on September 3rd, 2026. Mr. Srivatsava Sunkara resigned from his roles as Managing Director and Director, while Mr. Kiran Kumar Inampudi stepped down as Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), both resignations effective immediately due to personal circumstances and professional commitments. To fill the leadership void, the Board appointed Mr. Krunal Shaileshbhai Hapliya as an Additional Independent (Non-Executive) Director for a five-year term, ending September 3rd, 2031. Mr. Hapliya holds a BBA and has over four years of experience in administration and management, and is not debarred by SEBI. The company will comply with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, regarding these changes.
