Mount Housing board to meet, considering a transaction and director appointments

Mount Housing and Infrastructure Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on September 4, 2026, to consider and approve a transaction, as detailed in the notice and agenda, according to a regulatory filing. The meeting will be held at the company's registered office in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and shareholders may attend electronically by confirming their participation to Mr. Ramesh Chand Bafna via email at mount@mounthousing.com.
