Nova Iron and Steel Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
