Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corpn Ltd share price declined by 4.06% to Rs 910.0 after the company's net profit surged by 21.62% to Rs 0.45 crore, while revenue from operations dropped sharply 85.71% to Rs 0.01 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Hotels & Resorts industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.42 lakh crore, tanking 18.38%. It has eased by 2.01% over last one week and moved up slightly by 6.48% in last one month while the market capitalization of Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corpn Ltd has slipped by 7.05% and 1.75% in the same period respectively. EBITDA saw a sharp decline of 2011% to Rs 1.43 crore, and PBT collapsed by 73.30% to Rs 4.76 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 0.02 crore in FY26, as against Rs 18.62 crore in FY25.
