Ceigall India Limited announced it has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (REC PDCL) for a “Common Transmission System” project, valued at approximately Rs 5300 crores inclusive of GST, with annual transmission charges of Rs 608.67 crores over 35 years. The domestic order, awarded on September 3, 2026, involves a 765/400 kV AIS Substation with a 300 km Transmission Line and is slated for a 36-month execution period, with an operational period of 35 years; neither REC PDCL nor any related parties have any interest in Ceigall India Limited, and the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.
