Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust declares Rs 4.0198 per Unit distribution with a September record date

Data Link Investment Manager Private Limited, acting as the investment manager of Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust, declared a distribution of Rs 4.0198 per Unit, comprising Rs 2.9473 per Unit as return on capital and Rs 1.0725 per Unit as return of capital, with Wednesday, September 9, 2026, fixed as the record date for payment on or before Thursday, September 17, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Ravi Kapoor as a Non-Executive, Independent Director and Ms. Pratibha Bajaj as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, both subject to shareholder approval.
