RateGain Travel Technologies allotted shares to employees under its 2022 scheme

RateGain Travel Technologies Limited announced the allotment of 69,870 equity shares to eligible employees under the RateGain - Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme – 2022, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on September 3, 2026. The allotment increased the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 118,463,012 with 118,463,012 shares to Rs 118,532,882 with 118,532,882 shares.
