Ekennis Software re-appointed auditors and Managing Director for five-year terms

Ekennis Software Service Limited announced that its board approved the company’s report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and convened its 07th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026. The board also re-appointed M/s A Y and Company, Chartered Accountants, for a second term of five years, and re-appointed Mrs. Manisha Sharma as Managing Director for a further period of five years, effective November 5, 2026, to November 4, 2031.
