Alphalogic Industries shareholders will vote on auditor reappointment at September AGM

Alphalogic Industries Limited announced that its board approved the notice for its Sixth Annual General Meeting to be held on September 26, 2026, via video conferencing, and fixed the cut-off and book closure dates accordingly. The board also recommended the re-appointment of M/s Patki and Soman, Chartered Accountants, as statutory auditors for a second term of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
